生测研究所主要从事新农药开发化合物农药生物活性筛选、活性化合物生物活性深入研究、农药登记室内药效试验、田间药效试验、农药复配研究、化学品对环境污染方面评价。研究所软件实力雄厚、硬件设施齐全，为农业部药检所指定的农药登记室内活性评价、田间药效试验单位，其除草剂、杀菌剂、杀虫剂的生测水平居国内领先。“八五”至“十五”期间，承担或参与完成国家重大科技攻关项目和省创新基金项目达30余项。部分成果已申请发明专利或获发明专利授权；丙酯草醚、异丙酯草醚、苯氧菌酯等具有自主知识产权的创制农药新品种正走向或即将走向产业化和市场化。

Institute of Pesticide Bioassay, Zhejiang Research Institute of Chemical Industry, established in 1998, is one of leading pesticide research institutes in China. There are three groups including insecticide, fungicide and herbicide in our institute. Currently, the institute has a research faculty of 15 people working in biological screening of compounds for development of new pesticides using both classical and highthrough-put techniques. Since the establishment, the institute has finished more than 30 projects funded by the Eighth-five, Ninth Five, and Tenth-Five Programs of China, and applied for more than 12 patents in China and overseas. The main products developed by our institute are ZJ0273、ZJ0702、ZJ0712. These products are being commercialized and used in integrated pest management programs.
